thanks for reply .... when i complete intake and output skill i said " I am done " and than in a second realize that i didn't put on paper and i asked her "Can i make correction ?|" she said " No, you said you done " So guess what because of that i failed only that part and didn't pass which is suck !!!

I took a state board and had very easy skills i did all but i forget record urine output on an Intake and Output (I&O) on a sheet ...so does it consider that i fail ???who had similar experience please respond .....thanks
