  1. School is not accredited by NLN but it is accredited COE. What does it mean?

    Im looking into going to cts Career Training Solutions in fredericksburg, VA. But before i make the decision of attending the school or not i want to make sure that the school is accredited and i will have no problems trying to further my education or finding a job. The school is accredited by the commission of the Council on Occupational Education. Now i have seen people post comments that if the school is not NLN accredited then not to even bother going to that school. My question is what is the difference of being accredited by NLN and COE? i mean cts is still accredited so does it make a difference who it is accredited by? Im only staying in Virginia to go to school & once im done with the LPN program i am moving back to California (where im originally from). So i just want to be able to move to cali and find a job as an LPN with no problems.
