  1. Your first exam is on fluid and electrolytes. Majority fails but you can do it!
  2. Like the email I sent you....deff read ahead and read the book! Practice nclex styled questions with the subject your learning. Don't forget to share with ur class that email! ") let me know if you have any other questions. I'll check the website more often
  3. And when I say med questions, it can be how it works, what's it used for, one thing to look out for with the med etc etc...
  4. If you have her for clinical which I did have her she likes to ask A LOT of questions. It could be in front of a patient, nurse, etc. Its mostly on meds and procedure steps I would say is the most she asks about. You can't say "I don't know" you have to find the answer and get back to her. It helped me learn so don't be intimidated. Half the questions we didn't know lol
  5. @silvach24 sorry it took me forever I haven't been on here in a while and I just so happened to check my email and saw your message. I sent you an email specifically on how to pass Powell's class. It was made by a guy that is ahead of our class (np4 now) it actually really helps and you actually have to do what it says if you want to pass...goodluck!
  6. Oh yup if its Wednesdays you'll be at TGH
  7. @silvach24 the DM afternoons is split up between TGH and Florida hospital carrollwood for our semester anyways I heard it can change though
  8. Not a week but per semester. The due date is normally at the end of the semester. But 3 hours max per day
  9. They don't let you pick per se but i know for my instructor if you had a request on a certain day to just email her about which day you prefer and She'll accommodate you. Hope that made sense to you
  10. Bahahaha! And I'm just taking one for now and I chose an easy one out of the ones I need for my bachelors so I don't overwhelm myself. It's just an american government class which I'm taking online. Probably won't do that again though for my future semesters just because I'm already juggling a part time job in my schedule
  11. For sure and Im in DM afternoons :) I like it a lot actually for my schedule because I get to sleep in a little especially after pulling an all nighter
  12. The first week is not so bad studying wise but its going to get more intense since we're going to start doing full body assessments. Our professor gave us the weekly assignments for each week and I feel like I'm going to have NO life. But that was expected lol I would start practicing medication calculation if anything to get a head start if you haven't done so already
  13. @silvach I think everyone is pretty overwhelmed with info and having to studying so far lol but 1st day was exciting :) do you know when you're going to to start receiving letters?
  14. I think your professor is supposed to give you an ID. I think I have one, but my professor is actually having us come early tomorrow so we can have time on how we use the cards if I'm not mistaken.
  15. My professor wasn't specific she basically gave us the whole chapter to read and I suppose just certain skills.
