So I passed my nclex and me being so impatient i emailed the board and they called me back and said that my results were being mailed out today. I indicated a misdameanor charge that was 10 years ago so i knew my application would go to enforcement but the lady I talk to on the phone said my FBI and Department of JUstice background came back clean no records. What happen's now, cause she said because i indicated and sent in court records, letter of explanation and letter of reference my application was automatically sent to enforcement. My question is, does that mean once they recieve my clean background that my application will be removed from enforcement or they still have to review everything and take months? Any input would be great... please help..

Can anyone help me with this? Any input or past experiances would be helpful..

Hello Everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows how long it is taking the BVNPT to review the criminal history of people who passed there nclex and need there license. I was a little confused because before my nclex application was sent the school asked me to fill out the form that you list any tickets over 300 and any criminal history. 10 years ago i had a petty theft charge and I complied with my probation and it is not longer on my record. I DID put it on my form to the BVNPT and attached a letter stating what happen and paperwork from the court that the case was dismissed after I complied. Now everyone says that was to qualify to test not for your license do I have to do all this again or does the board have a file for me with everything in it already. I'm so confused about this.. Can someone help. I hope this doesnt take 6 months for the bvnpt to review because I have a job waiting to hire me right now and I'll miss this big opportunity if i have to wait that long. Please please someone help me please....
