  1. I just wanted to share my story to those preparing for the first or multiple time. I graduated nursing school, ADN last summer and took NCLEX in Oct. I used some ATI, audio only of Hurst, Lacharity and a bunch of NCLEX review books. The test shut off @ 258 questions. I left the testing center feeling overly anxious. When I got home I did the PVT and the tears fell. I talked to my mom and she told me to take some time off and redo my study plan. I really wanted to immediately start studying again. However, I realised I needed to get the anger and frustrations out of the way. So I chilled for a month no studying... 2nd time around, I prayed and claimed everyday that I will pass. I scheduled the exam. Since I also work full time, I signed up for Hurst live review, read Lacharity on lunch break&weekends, a really good friend of mine got me Mosby review book which I used for questions. I went into the testing center convinced there is no way I would recieve 200&something questions again. Hahaha joke was on me, because I got 265questions w/5.5hours. I didn't know what to think as I drove home. I did the PVT, got the good pop up. I yelled thank you, but still felt uncertain so two days later, I paid for the quick results and "pass" appeared...today I found my name&license number on the BON website. I must say my journey to becoming a nurse has been a challenge in more ways than one. I drove 1.5h to&from class/clinicals during school. Please believe me all is very attainable w/determination&a praying mom! goodluck to all
