  3. Hi Again, Im also after any information on good risk assessment tools, to be used in conjunction with restraint management. I am currently looking at the whole issue of restraint (including bedrails and physical restraint) in the acute hospital setting, and need some good risk assessment tools. (Say for example, if an elderly patient with dementia was very restless, they would be assessed as high risk, and the application of bedrails would not be appropriate, as it could actually increase they risk of harm if they climbed over them). I have lots of good info from the Nurses Board WA etc, but cant get a good risk assessment tool. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. (also looking forward to a nice warm weekend!!!! Roll on Summer!!!)
