I finished up a degree in Information Systems about a year ago, and guess what....there are no jobs. That is okay because I decided I wanted to have a career in the medical field as a respiratory therapist, and this May I will start the program. My question is for anyone going to be a nurse or whatever how do you do it. I mean how do you pay the rent and bills and at the same time go to school and work clinicals. I am trying to find a job now and there is nothing out there. If there is there are 12 hr factory jobs that pay you minium wage, and no way you could work those and go to school. I mean what do you guys do? Take any job there is no matter what as long as it works around your schedule? I am in my 30s.
