I am a nursing student and have 2 previous degrees. I also have been working in the medical field for 13 years. Usually, for my resume, I divide it into three categories: education, work experience, & references upon request. Whichever category is stronger for you, education or medical work experience, put that first. In my opinion, an employer is not going to be interested in your clinical education. They will be more interested in your actual work experience and your education. Put your degrees and your work history. Don't worry about describing what you learned in nursing school, they already know. If you need a good template, go to microsoft.com. They have great CV and resume templates for download. Hope that helps. Sarah
