  1. Thanks for your help guys! I contacted the school and was told to apply as Nursing or Undeclared. And if I am admitted, I'd be considered a "Pre-Nursing" major.
  2. Hey everyone! I just recently made an account, but have been lurking around for a while. I am currently a senior in high school and just about to finish my applications. One of the schools I am applying to is San Diego State University. I am just about ready to submit my application, but before I do that, I have a question. Question: Do I apply as Nursing and if I am admitted, become pre-nursing until i complete the pre-reqs for their nursing program? Or do I apply as undeclared? There is no undeclared with an interest in nursing, nor is there a pre-nursing major to choose from. Also when I select nursing as my major it says that "Nursing transfer applicants must file a separate application with the Nursing Department. For more information please go to nursing.sdsu.edu." which makes me think the major is only for those applying to the actual program. But then I hear people talking about being pre-nursing at San Diego State University. So how do they get into that major?
