  1. Policies for distance from hospital when on call.

    Looking for some policies of how far away (miles/minutes) CRNA's can be away from the hospital when covering call? Looking at rural setting. 20-30 minutes acceptable? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks

    Well the best advice I can give you is the be enthusiastic, show them you want to be there. One of our instructors told us that so many people are quite and subdued, they don't think they want to be there. Get to know the program you are applying to so you can ask questions about THEIR program, I think it shows you have done a bit of research. Other than that I think it is a crapshoot. Still to this day I have no idea how I got in. Good Luck
