  1. Unfortunately I've always been a person who is too hard on herself lol, but I have another interview tomorrow, so I just wanted brush up on a few things :)
  2. Ahh, thank you so much, this really helps. I also just thought of another one, I was asked, "How do I tackle or what do I do when there are a fair amount of tasks on my plate?" I said I'm the type of person who likes lists, and while I am tackling that priority task, in the back of my mind I am making a list of what I could tackle next and so on. I'm thinking I also should have said something about delegating some of the tasks to lighten my load?
  3. One of the questions the nursing manager asked me in a recent interview was "How do you deal with a needy patient, a patient that keeps calling you into their room?" I can't remember what I answered exactly, but I think it was a negative answer. Any tips on how to answer this would be great :)
  4. Thanks for the suggestions guys, I finally told myself to take this all in as a learning experience, and that this will help me be more prepared for my next interview :)
  5. I did so horrible for this interview. I was stumbling through answers, there were long pauses, I kept repeating myself, and I kept saying um a lot. My mind went completely blank on quite a few questions. It was horrendous, it was so bad. I am kicking myself right now. I am the type of person who can't articulate herself well. I have what I want to say in my mind, but once it gets to my mouth, it's a whole different story. I have been looking for a job for so long now, and after today I am feeling so discouraged. I am bawling my eyes out right now, I just can't believe how bad I did.
