I am doing a presentation on nurse-resident relationships/communication as part of a broader topic of interprofessional teams and healthy work environments. Wondering if all the nurses out there have comments on the following: 1. As a nurse, what kind of challenges do you face in terms of communications/collaborations with residents, med students, staff MD's? 2.
