Hi! I am a new grad BSN from Canada and planning to move to MI in Oct. I am currently working at surgical unit. By the time I move to MI I will have some experience. How is the job market over there for Canadian nurses? Also is it better to apply through head hunter or visiting the site (hospitals) and ask about the hiring?? Plz advice me!!

I am worried that my case is little bit complicated to transfer my credit..because I hold Korean univ. BA... Anyway I am planning to move first of January so I cant see you guys at orientation but looking forward to meet everybody at the first class!! Whoever on the hold list, Good luck to you guys!!

Since I am not in Canada, this forum is so helpful!! I have a question about the liberal studies... I am unclear with how many Liberal studies courses I will need to take during the nursing program. I have already taken LIBS 7001, PSYC 1101,1102, ENGL 1177 and I am planning to take HMGT 7180, LIBS 7002 during the summer break. My question is, should I take 6 more credits of Liberal studies in addition to these six electives? I am worried how much money I have to spend for extra classes....then I have to work more than twice a week during the school year....
