Hi. I got accepted into the dual fnp/agacnp program for summer 2018. I'm very excited. Currently I live in Michigan but I will be relocating to Birmingham, Al this summer. Congrats to all who were accepted. I can hardly wait to get started.

hey everyone so I'm proving reading my resume and i was wondering for the objective section what do u put there. for an example Objective: seeking a position as ....... this is what's confusing to me. can anyone give me any suggestions

yeah that sucks i haven't did any volunteer work and i don't have an leadership experience however i work with critical care patients all the time. i do all their cat scans. so i guess i'm nervous because i don't have alot of this stuff that many people that are getting in have so it almost seem like its very competitive.

do u have am idea of why you may have been waitlisted? i ask because i'm very nervous about applying for the summer and i'm trying to do all i can to increase my chances of getting in. i don't have any volunteer work. i am a Cat Scan tech for a level one trauma hospital so i'm trying to see if they exclude people who haven't work as student nurses or nursing assistants.

hey do u have a bsn i ask because i am graduating with an associates and i'm trying to see if any one with an ADN got in the program or if it was all bsn grad's.

any advice for those of us trying to get in the summer 2012 group it would be greatly appreciated.

Do any of u know of any other nurse residency programs located in tennessee?

hi i'm new to allnurses but i have enjoyed reading all ur post. i am interested in attending vanderbilts nurse residency program for the summer 2012. my interest is in critical care. i have a few ? i wanted to ask regarding the interview process. do u all feel the interview is similar to a job interview? do u believe anything would have been different if you included more textbook language in response to the questions asked? i'm just trying to get a feel of what to expect for the interview.
