hi everyone! I am just a newbie here in this website. I would like to ask some questions. Are you guys familar with Quebec Skilled Worker Program? I am planning to apply in this category coz the FSW program is already closed. What can you say about this program? Has anyone already applied without an agent? hoping for your insights/ opinions.
