I have a research assignment for one of my medical classes about what(if any) computerized systems being used in the outpatient care facilities. Questions I need answered are... 1. What do you use for scheduling? 2. What do you use for Billing? 3. Does your office have a electronic medical records system? if so, what program and is it working well in your office? How long did it take to transistion from paper to electronic? 4. Are you connected to a network with other facilities? If so, what does this allow you to do? who are you linked with? 5. Do you have electronic links with other types of facilities (pharmacies, or e-mail services between patients and office)? These are just some sample questions. Not all need to be answered. I just need enough to come up with an excellent research paper. If you or someone you know can help me out, I would really really appreciate it. Thank you so much:wavey:

I am interested in asking basic questions like.. 1. Where did you get your training? 2. Are you involved in continuing education if so what type of courses are you taking? 3. What personal qualities are most important in your occupation? 4. What are some benefits of your employment? 5. What is a typical day like? 6. How long have you been employed in the medical field? 7. What emphasis would you suggest I make in my academic preparation? 8. Is their a dress code requirement? 9. What is the average salary range (optional, only if you feel comfortable sharing)? It would mean alot to me if someone was to help me by answering these questions so I can complete my assignment and get it turned in. Thank you so much
