  1. Over the last 2 months I have been to 4 interviews: 2 on telemetry units, one on an ortho unit, and one at a county correctional facility. I have received 2 rejections and am waiting to hear back from the other two. I am an RN-BSN with no experience, and I am going to another interview next week. I tend to get nervous before interviews, and I think it can come off as lacking confidence. Anybody have any tips to "sell myself" (for lack of a better term) at interviews? I feel like I already come off as caring and compassionate, but I feel like it hasn't been enough. Any help would be appreciated :)
  2. I'm an RN trying to "get my foot in the door" somewhere and I had this very same idea. I have spoken to a number of hospitals that will not hire nurses into aide/tech positions. Good luck to you on your job hunt!
  3. Congrats! I'm a new grad too, and I have an interview at a behavioral health hospital next week, keeping my fingers crossed :)
