  2. Yes true ,, I am going to ask the nurse program office ,,,, I just wanted to vent but never will understand why they make it so diffcult for some one to get into program!! I mean if u don't pass the clAsses then u don't become a nurse. It's that simple!! They only pick like 100. From 400 students wow! But oh well I will try better late than never!! But ur right I need to just go n ask! Hope they don't crush my dream!!! I will go ,,,,Wish me luck n thanks!
  3. i am gathering all this information from hcc n san jacinto college ,,,,about the nursing programs,,,,urrg! so much to do just to get into the program ,,,,,n so few people they accept but i am going to give it a try!!! i am 39 yrs n yes i want to go back to school : ) but i am worried that because of not having my high school transcript they will not let apply,,,,,i just have my diploma ,,,i have attended college before but i showed them my diploma n it was fine,,,,,,,anyways i was looking that san jacinto college is harder to get in than hcc ,,,,can anyone tell which program is better to apply to san jacinto or hcc?? and do you think they will accept just my diploma? so worried about that! i am afraid to ask them n gettting the response of ,,,we need your transcript not diploma,,,,n not being able to become a nurse "my dream"!!!
  4. but they do require the transcript right ,,,do you think they will accept only my diploma ? i know the Rn program list doesn't say need high school transcript but the LVN LIST DOES,,,,,N I cant find anyone in chicago that can locate them not even the board of education of chicago!!
  5. i am kind of nervous to ask them if the diploma will do ,,,,,since preparatory high shool closed in 2004 n can't find anyone to give a transcript!! i have attended hcc n san jacinto with my diploma only so ?? i know alot has changed since i attended college,,,,,,i wonder since i was admitted to college again they will accept my application into the nurseing program with only the DIPLOMA ??
  6. oh i don't know what to do ,,,,,i need to get a transcript from my prep highschool in chicago n i can't find the school it disappeared ??? it was like a private,,,charter high school,,,,,i was admitted to college with my diploma ,,,,,but the nursing program list needs the transcript!!! will they accept my diploma only??? at south east san jacinto college??
