Hi everyone, so I'm currently an RN student at Dutchess Community College in my clinicals. However, I'm not doing too well and am really thinking about going the long route. I'm thinking about getting my LPN through Dutchess Boces and then doing an RN bridge program. Can anyone tell me how Boces is??? For an example, DCC RN clinicals only have 2 quizes, midterm and final. So, if you don't do well on one quiz you're pretty much dead in the water. Can someone who has done the lpn program at Dutchess Boces tell me: (roughly) how many tests there are, what type (multi-choice, fill-in etc), what kind of support or help does the staff offer, what is the fail rate, do you get a lot of clinical time, stuff like that. Thank you so much!! Any advice is appreciative.
