Our hospital is going to the PatientTouch system starting 11/1. Has anyone had any experience with the system? What are your views about its use? How does the system deal with medications that have not been profiled? We do not have a pharmacist 24/7 (yes, I know ... odd) so a lot of our medications may not be on the patients profile.

I am not sure where exactly to put this, but hopefully you all can help me. I work at a small ( I was hoping some of you can lead me toward some great flow sheets that can be used. I know a lot of places are using computer charting, but we just have not gotten to that point yet. I would like to implement something that is thorough and yet nurse friendly. Also, how often and at what times are nursing assessments charted on a typical step down? Thanks for any help you can give me
