okay, whats about the pt's Cardiovascular system assessment??? how it would be like?

I need 5 nursing care plans for my data sheet, and my case is about an 18 years old male pt, come to the M.W from CCU as a case of postmyocarditis cardiomyopathy C/O vomiting and oral intake intolerance. medications : MEPRAL COUMADIN LASIX DIGOXIN CARVEDILOL FOLIC ACID ALDACTON and he stopped taking TRITACE COMPOUND aweek ago. and stopped also DIGOXIN and still same condition,...vomiting. now they gave him at the hospital RATADINE 50 MG ANP TID IV LASIX 20 MG AMP BID IV CARVIDELOL 6.25MG TAB BID FOLIC ACID 5 MG TAB OD he looks pale, slightly jaundiced afebrile Chest is clear with good AE BILATERAL HEART IR-R-HR SYSTOLIC MURMUR ABDOMEN WITH MILD DIFFUSE TENDERNESS WITHOUT GUARDING> AT THE EPIGASTRIC AREA LL ARE WITH GOOD PERIPHERAL PS. NO ODEMA HAS ACEDOTIC BREATHING CXR" HUGE GLOBAL CARDIOMEGALY + PICTURE OF HF FFP 6 UNITS STAT VIT.K AMP 10 MG IV STAT HYDROCORTISIONE 100 MG IV STAT LASIX 40 MG HYDROCORTISONE 100 MG IV STAT Please HELP!!

Dude It's like the age of the patient, sex, occupation and the the physical assessment results like Yeah there are blanks..

It's like I have to describe My patients after I finish My clinical work at hospitals and all, you know?

I have No clue how we make one. I dont know how to fell this data sheet thingy up! Help!!!!

Got an exam with these three subjects on thursday... any one who got any sheets that might help and make the three sujects sound easer and ehh , i dunno,, just thought i would ask some help..

Yea yeah..fine. but what are the 20 positions?! I know three.. 1- supine. Which is laying down.on the back 2- prone . I think it's umm..laying down on the tummy lol 3- upright. Sitting? Now the tools are a stopper,or a watch , note book, pen. Checking blood pressure we need this thing forgot it's name...eh..it's with a cuff and a tube and valve I think...it also has this thing called bulb? I know the rest just not the names and English isn't my first language...so it's going to be a bit hard...you know? So please try to help alil more..

So I gotta make a presentation about the 20 physical assessment position, and also about the tools, what should I use when taking vital signs such as pulse, temperature, B.P, breathing (resp.) Egghhh, I feel like I'm lost.. Please any help.

Hey guys. I'm so behind in my biology class. I don't have any backrounds with bio w.s.e. and I'm hoping if any one can help me with the basics. basics such as...Isotopes, radioisotopes, atoms composition...ETC. for some of you, it might sound silly, but for me...it ain't. so please HELP.

okay guys, here is the thing, both books I'm using are internatuonal, so you guys gotta know 'em my Biology book is the 8th edition by Solomon Berg Martin It's so freaking hard!! and the second one, is kinda about nursing histry and all that...it's called Kozier & Erb's Fundamentals of nursing, ninth edition. it's not that hard, i'll mange it. Biology on the other hand is wow!

i am a pre-nursing student and i'm not getting any of my biology class. i need help asap. i can not fail!! and its all the basic stuff :/ please help!
