I applied to ADN and got my denial letter today.

My friend got his LPN acceptance letter today as well.

Did it come certified? I missed a letter today and was not expecting anything.

I have 158 pts. and i will also post asap regardless of what type of letter i get :)

Just spoke with them...they did not send denial letters this time she said (why i have no idea), but i didnt make the cut b/c i was a few points away from passing the TEAS and she said usually they do not have enough students pass the TEAS, but did this time. Thats ok..WSSU herei come! I hope you guys do great and take care of my yankee friend!

LM...still nothing....I called last week and left a message to whoever in nursing they transferred me to and noone called me back. I havent really been pursuing it b/c i assumed if i didnt get anything all week...its probably a safe bet i did not get in.

Still nothing today! I mean can I get a denial letter or something?! Who is the best person to call? Just admissions?

My friend got in as well...her name is Tara and she is from Boston so you can't miss her I've been telling her about you guys so she will "know" some people.

congrats lmthompson87!!! my mail will not pass until later today, but i will be checking it out!! i think if i do not get in that i will go to wssu...im so tired of trying these community colleges plus i work at fmc and they are trying to get all the nurses with their adns to get their bsns.

Yeah, you can print off a form from both colleges you attended and have them fax them to FTCC and they will get them asap.

From what the girl in admissions told me...they will take the people with the highest points and passing TEAS test first and then go from there. As she explained it, if you had 40 points, but passed your TEAS then you will get in before someone like me who has 71 points, but made a 64 on the TEAS.

Thanks ark88...I live about 5 min from FTCC so it would be convenient to get in there, but i know alot of people who have gone there for nursing and say it stinks..however, they do have the best pass rate i believe.

Hey guys...I applied at GTCC and I have 71 points, but didn't make the 66 on the TEAS (made a 64 ugh!) anyway, the counselor told me that they will probably be dropping the 66 range b/c not many people make it...she also said that people with high points have a good chance of getting in based on that. I am also applying at FTCC.
