I just got hired USA night shift at 24.75 but thanks for answering my question....for ppl searching Mobile Infirmary starts new grads off at 21/days idk nights and USA 20 ( with BSN & 19.50 ADN)/days and 23.75/nights(BSN)& 23.25 ADN and they pay .50 extra for each certification (ACLS, PALS) and they will pay for two of them for you to take.

Hello all, I am applying for my first RN job in Mobile,Al new RN,BSN grad 3months out,just passed boards :yelclap: I was wondering does anyone know what is the starting pay for RN's in Mobile,Al at hospitals on Med/Surg floors? I've heard so many different numbers from 20-21/days and 23-25/nights but idk how true it is bc these were ppl who worked at the facilities yrs ago. Ive applied at all the area hospitals just waiting to get a call now (fingers crossed)! Can anyone tell me the expecting pay in the area? Thank u soo much!:loveya:

Hello thx hbestrn but I've decided to wait to get experience from all the searching online at tampa hospitals. I was wondering about moving to Valrico,Brandon or St. Petersberg area idk where the bad areas are...just don't want to get there and get a place and n the wrong area. I am now getting my experience in Mobile,Al. Does anyone know the pay for a yr experienced RN in tampa? If u do plz let me know. i will be in the Tampa area permanently in Dec or January. Thx n advance, btw did u ever find a job there?

Hello everyone, I just graduated with my BSN in July and am relocating to Tampa,Fl after NCLEX and I get endorsed license for Florida around November/December. What is the starting pay for new grads in the Tampa,Fl and St. Petersburg area? Also what are good areas of Tampa to move to or nearby cities. I've been to about Valrico and Brandon,Fl to visit, IDK if they are good places to live,only there for 2 days:confused:. Me and my fiance just graduated and looking to get away from Alabama like STAT! Plz help. Thanks! P.S. Are any of the VA systems hiring new grads?And I am looking for a Med Surg position as well.:)
