Hey, I'm sorry to hear that.. I think you should take some break, have some fun and then come back to study. What I used was LaCharity's priority + delegation book (great book!) and used saunders book for just read over some disease stuffs (didn't do too many questions from this book bc it seems too easy..). Then I used 3500 nclex question and did a lot of questions. Hope this helps. You can do it! You came this far! Good luck! :)

Yes, 265 sounds harsh.. thought 180 was toooooooo much! lol Lets hope that we PASSED!! I had a lot of sata and drop questions.. and the pictures.. ugh that was crazy! I wanted to cry when I reach around question 120 lol However, we did survive! no more studying for this test!! :)

Thank you! I hope so!! I thought it was hard bc as we all know.. the answer has to be the best ones.. I was able to eliminate 2 answers right away, but it's hard to pick one answer from the remainders of two... Also, of course the anxiety makes it more difficult.. So try not to be too anxious! I hate SATAs!

Hello, all. I just took the NCLEX-RN this morning (8-13-13). That test was .... horrible!! so hard! I think I pretty much guessed everything.. I was praying every time I click next.. lol (I think PRAYING really works!!) Once I reach question 75 I was hoping to stop and on the same time wanted more questions! I was so scared. However, it kept gave me the questions.................... When I reach around 160ish, I kind of gave up and thought 'oh well, I guess I'm going to fail' and kept clicking.. but the screen turned off at around 180ish. I was about to cry! I was soooo scared. I don't remember how I got home.. lol Well, I came home and the first thing I did was check on pvt. I was scared to click next (before cc page). I closed eyes and clicked it. Guess what?! I saw the pop up saying that I cannot register bc I already am. I was happy and shocked in same time! I hope this is good news! I hope I pass!!! Thanks for hearing me here! Good luck everybody! We can do it!!

I'm taking fundamentals. Our next exam is going to be fluid/electrolytes, homeostasis, culture, diabetes, urinary cath. I need some help think like a nurse. I know my materials, but having problems getting right answers.

I've just started the program this August. I've had 2 exams so far. I didn't do well on this exams. I got low 70s for both of these exams. I'm not sure if I can do this. Maybe nursing is not right career for me? I've made As and Bs in my core classes. I don't know what to do. What should I do? should I keep try? If I fail I cannot come back to this school for nursing and not sure if I can go to other schools.
