Hi ann_pheba, I also sent my request form to NMBI two weeks ago, and I have not received my personalised registration pack. However, they told me all the packs are sent by regular post so it depends which country you live. Hope this helps.

Hi there, I would like to send the application request form to NMBI soon. And I think some people suggest go through agency. However, I am afraid waiting for a agency's reply can be a quite long time. So I am thinking would it be possible to put agency's contact details after receiving the personal registration pack from NMBI. I mean can I put my contact detail first with application request form(stage 1) and put an agency's contact detail for the personal registration pack(stage 2) once I decide to use the service from an agency. As I am quick confused about the registration process, it would be greatly appreciated it you could answer this questions for me. Many Thanks.
