  1. I've been working on a general med surge floor (adults) for a little over a year now. I just got a job on the peds floor and start in a couple of weeks. I am very excited! I will mainly work with school age/adolescents but will float to infant/toddlers and PICU some too. I will also have peds oncology. I was wondering if anybody has any tips or suggestions about Peds. It's been a while since I did my clinicals. Also, does anyone have a nursing report sheets for peds? Any tips on starting IV's on Pediatrics? And ideas and tips very welcome. I'm getting a little nervous but very excited! Thanks
