  1. I will call again Monday. Yes, they are very Friendly there, especially Lori, who usually answers the phone. Hopefully I find out soon or get solid advice from ------ when I call.
  2. Lydo apartments look nice but are expensive. Like between 900-1000 tolive alone and a friend tols me there are a lot are robberies at those apartments because her bf used to live there, so that's how she knows..
  3. WOW! Does that mean a person number 20 on the alternate list has a chance of getting accepted at the last minute or no? What do you think?
  4. Yeah, that is exactly where I am at right now. I have already done so much for the program I am in now, It starts Jan. 9!!! All that is left is taking my picture for my badge. I tried calling, but no answer. I am sure they are very overwhelmed with the amount of calls. Haha.
  5. Oh, OK. What school is your first choice? Yes, like I said, I applied to San Bernardino and I have been accepted. I also applied to Sacramento and Stanislaus, but was put on the alternative list for Stanislaus (#20) and was denied from Sacramento. Stanislaus is my FIRST choice. But I have to accept loans/pay for my registered nursing classes at San Bernardino by today. I am in a very big bind. Not sure if I should wait around to hear from Stanislaus. My letter said I should hear from the school about my choice by Dec 16. I think I am going to call
  6. waylonlove, so you're in Stanislaus's program now or did you just get accepted? I am already accepted in a program, but I am still waiting to hear from Stanislaus. I was put on the wait list as #20, and from what I have been reading, people in their 20's on the wait list have been getting in for FALL (which has been more difficult to get into because of more applicants). I am just wondering if it is worth it to wait around depending on my chances for Stanislaus.
  7. Thanks, Mike. I guess ill have to wait 2 more weeks. :/
  8. Idk. My GPA is 3.75 and my TEAS was 76. You probably would have been right around where I am at.
  9. Oh my gosh, I am number 20 on the wait list. What are my chances people???
  10. Wow you did have a good chance! Good job, Mike! So take that math class and apply again! Do not give up! If you know you want to do something, be persistent! :) my GPA is a 3.75 but my teas score sucked :/
  11. IF I get my letter today, I won't get it until after 1:30. That is usually when the mail man comes. My friend did not hear back from Stanislaus. She called them several times, no answer, no call back. *** What were your GPA and TEAS score and other points you got for your application?
  12. What the....? Which math? DIdn't you have to take Stats? What was your GPA for your pre reqs and what was your TEAS score?
  13. Good idea! Please share the info when you get the chance! What were your stats when you applied?
  14. No Mike, that should not matter. Last time I applied, I got put on the wait list because I had Physiology in progress (from a JC). This time I applied, I have all pre-preqs completed. I wonder why I have not gotten my letter yet?! Hey Waylonlove, What was your TEAS score and your nursing GPA? Did you get any of the extra points for living in the area or anything?
  15. Also, they made a mistake on her letter, stating that she retook her pre-reqs more than twice, which is NOT true. She only retook a class one time. I wonder what is going on?
