  1. Hi, Northern Health Authourity in BC uses "Backcheck" as well. My understanding is that by the prospective employer running a check on you it means you have been shortlisted. Saves HR time by then only interviewing those with positive checks. It is pretty standard questions for your references. Would you hire again, etc. Good luck!!

Hello, UNBC's collaborative programs at Northwest Community College in Terrace and NCC in Quesnel have historically had less applications so are easier to get into.I heard that UNBC Prince George had 350 applicants for 90 seats this year, which sounds high but is alot less than Douglas College which gets about 600 for roughly the same amount of seats. I have also heard that Selkirk College in Castlegar gtes less applications. None of them hold wait-lists so it is still a competitive entry. All good schools, but in more isolated areas so less apllicants. At the end of the 4 years though you still have your BSN though. Good luck to all!
