I haven't made a habit of discussing my wages with this patient or anybody else. Have you ever been in the middle of a task and somebody asks you a question and you answer really not thinking about it. Thats what I did. I've learned my lesson! I just don't know what to say to my boss if they find out. I don't have any problems my last review came back great and my boss said I was doing a great job.

Thanks Bedpan! That makes me feel much better! I'm really stressed about it! Like I said I really like my job. And for once in my life I feel like I'm doing something that makes me happy! I really enjoy the patients I take care of!

I work as a home health CNA. A patient of mine asked me how much I make and I stupidly told them without thinking! Should I say something to this patient and tell them not to say anything? Or should I just let it go and pray they don't say anything? I like my job and want to keep it! I'm scared my boss will find out and I'll loose my job! Please Help! Denise CNA
