  15. Hi everyone, I happily stumbled upon this site, and ever since been extremely happy with the friendly feedbacks. Im currently a Pharmacy Technician in Baltimore, MD making minimum wage and hating every minute of it. My true calling is in the healthcare field and for that reason, Im going to start with becoming an LPN in Spring 2012 and eventually an MD. I initially thought I should perhaps start with the CNA course but later found out that after my first semester in LPN school, one could get their CNA certificate. Being new in the healthcare field, I have a couple of questions that I hope anyone can answer. 1. Should I take an LPN course with the expectation of finding a job when I graduate in Dec 2012? 2. Should I expect to make at least $20/h with diff.,benefits and the works?.?.?. Mind you, I leave in downtown Baltimore but don't mind travelling to the location of a good paying LPN job. Finally, 3. What are my prospects, and do you think Im on a rewarding and fulfilling career track? Thanks in Advance everyone....
