I'm 53 and trying to enter the nursing field. I've already completed my pre-nursing courses and I'm now awaiting a response to several universities that I have applied to. Nursing has always been a lifelong dream but with personal issues and raising kid and grand kids my dreams were somehow pushed back. Now that I have all the time in the world to concentrate on me and my late life goals of becoming a nurse, I must admit my age may be an issue but I still want to fulfill my dream. Any advice would be appreciated.
