    Hi all. I'm a 30 year old RN (ASN) looking to join the military as a nurse. I'm aiming for mental health, since that's where the bulk of my experience lies. I need to spend the next year getting into the physical shape to pull this off, so I have lots of time to research in the meantime. I've mainly been looking at AF, but their website is so terribly non-specific that I'm having trouble finding good info. The army and navy websites were even worse. Does anyone have a link to better resources? Any info would be great, as I'm in the daydreaming/planning stage right now.
