  1. Kay, I'm looking for your stethoscope input. Is the Littmann (Classic II SE) they suggest really a decent enough product for the program, or would you get something different if you had whatever hindsight you might have now. Thanks.
  2. Kay answered it in the other thread for the similar Daytona program. She said August 2013. To answer your other question I haven't received my info packet e-mail either, nor have others. Just more waiting for us :)
  3. Does anyone know what month we'll be graduating in yet? The only schedule example on the UCF site is for the traditional Fall program.

  5. Still nothing yet for me either. I wonder what's taking so long?
  6. Thanks for the update! They sure do like to keep us on pins and needles :)
  7. Anyone get a response yet from sending their reply to the acceptance e-mails? I sent both an e-mail reply and a fax, just in case, but I'm still feeling anxious.

  9. Thanks for the heads up. I've been looking at the Handbook online to try to start getting my papers in order and double-checking my immunizations/etc. Do you remember if they required a flu shot? It sounds pretty much like all the typical rotation requirements, immuns, CPR, HIV/AIDS training, physical, etc.. Kay, I had also read previously in another thread that they say the men's pants are more comfortable than the women's, can you speak to that being true? Thanks in advance for insight.
  10. That's pretty close to the stats I had, although I'm not sure which TEAS version you took. I know they say they only look at TEAS pass/fail rates but with applicant numbers soaring it would be foolish to assume they don't use them for weeding also. I would definitely apply if I were you. I think you stand a good chance with those numbers. If you have time and want to boost your application you can always try to squeeze in a certificate program like phlebotomy, etc. I don't know if would really make a difference but it wouldn't hurt.
  11. Looks like we will be rewarded with even more waiting. Haha. Based on looking at last years forum of the same exact nature, they wait until the last acceptance date to send replies to those that already sent in their accept/decline notices. I'm beginning the think the first lesson of this program is Patience.
  12. Congrats you two! I was also accepted (Cocoa). Good luck and happy studying!
  13. E-mails have started going out for the UCF programs (both Daytona and Cocoa). Be sure to check your inbox and follow the applicable instructions! See some of you in 2012! :)
