Hemphia- i read ur comment "UTMB as of 3 or so weeks ago will no longer have a summer break in the BSN program. The program is now 4 semesters with no break! Yay... that means that if accepted we will all be finishing up and graduating in Fall 2013!!" - so that is a for sure thing? that is exciting!!!! well except for the finding a summer babysitter part...

Hemphia- My mystar account still says incomplete for the courses in progress even though it also had an accept admission on it. when i called they said it is ok i had turned in everything even my fall semester grades, i just have to turn in my spring semester grades for the classes i am in now. does that answer ur question?

My mystar still says incomplete and i called and got the same response. I got the early admit email so u should not worry if they told u that they are just waiting on the grades from ur current classes. If they looked it up they should have told u if they had everything else (Teas score, transcript, etc...). If this is the case then no worries!!

My friend got the same early admit email. she told me today... so they are definitely working on it...

Thanks! After reading the previous conversation threads i was thinking that i would not hear anything until march or april, so i was totally shocked when i checked my email today and read that! i was so excited and didnt know what to do lol. i called and accepted and then i called everyone to tell them the news. My hands were literally shaking!!

well my TEAS was only 88 so i hope so too! lol ur in the top 10% with that so u shouldnt worry too much:up:

same here it is so nice to have the whole day free to go to school without having to worry about the $ part of it!!

I have a 6 year old son and i will be commuting from southeast houston/pearland area. i may actually consider moving to galveston if the rent is a good price so that i dont have such a long commute. i am not sure if the elementary schools there are good or not so that will be the deciding factor for me probably. does anyone know about the elementary schools in galveston?

hi everyone!! i havent checked for replies since i started this thread so im excited to see the replies!! I am done with my application for UTMB. I still have "courses in progress" on my mystar but i called enrollment services and she said it is fine not worry. MDC_2011 i was emailed my mystar login info a few days after i submitted my application i believe so i would call them if u still have not got that email. Only 6 days till the app closes! i am so excited cant wait to hopefully hear from them:) my GPA is 4.0 and I made a 88 on the TEAS. I have been a CNA for two yrs now so I hope i am qualified in their eyes. Well i guess we just have to wait now.....

HI! I am applying for the traditional BSN program at UTMB that starts Fall 2012. I am taking my TEAS this friday and I wanted to know if anyone else here is applying for the same semester. Hopefully there are others so I don't have to be nervous alone!!
