  1. Help! I can't find a job at a hospital!

    Hey guys! I'm struggling to find a job at a hospital. All I want is to get my foot in the door! November will be my one year anniversary as an RN and I'm stuck in a job that I'm completely unhappy with. The job I have now is in a nursing home (but it does pay the bills.) I have probably applied to every hospital here in Dallas, TX a hundred times but with no luck. They all say that I have to have experience, but I can't get experience unless someone gives me a chance. I'm just frustrated and at a very hopeless time in my life right now. I'm ready to dig in!
