Hey! So... I was offered an opportunity to interview about a week or two after I responded to the primary interest request! : ) And the interview was fairly basic. I was asked: What inspired you to be a nurse? Why pediatrics? Why critical care? How would a close friend describe you in three words? How would a superior describe you in three words? Where do you see yourself in 3-5 years? Etc... It felt very casual, and comfortable! And I was hired! @Focus&Determined, we're you contacted for an interview? @sac06019, I wasn't told what had made my application stand out, but I did provide a cover letter, and a handful of references from my nursing instructors!
