  1. Thanx Gcat626, I will follow your advise this time. I have ordered the hurst review book and just bought the lacharity book, will use these two and hope that everything will work out. thanx
  2. Thank you for the recommendation. what about the Hurst reviews Nclex Rn book? do you think it is helpful? I'm asking because its all i can afford right now and hope that the book will be helpful to me. I feel like I know nursing front to back, my problem is how to answer the questions. I don't think I'm deficient in knowledge. thank you
  3. Maybe I have a test taking enxiety, i definately do not have a learning disability. The problem is that I do not have the money to even consult an education specialist, i'm sure they charge lots of money just to talk to me. I agree that I wil try a different approach, but will try different books altogether... I keep using kaplan strategies which absolutely confuses me and does not really work... so i will try different sources this time... I see myself as a visual learner, usually have to see and practice on my own in order to stick in, and have to visualize what I am reading... maybe that might be a problem too. thank you
  4. Thank you for the recommendations. I am currently ordering the lacharity: prioritization, delegation and assignment book, as well as the strategies for? do you think that those book are good? thank you
  5. thank for for the encourangement.. please do remember me in your prayers and I will pray for you as well so that you will pass in your first attempt.
  6. I keep keep getting 60s in the kaplan trainer, I pretty much feel confidence before the exams because I knew the stuff... but for some reason i keep failing them... during the 7 times that I failed, I keep restudying the areas that the failed results said that I need to improve and it seems as if something is failing me intensionally... please help...
  7. Hi everyone, I have gotten to a point where I am ready to give up in taking the Nclex because I feel as if I tried everything. I took the NCLEX 7 times, offcourse was devastated everytime that I found out that I failed. I just registered it the 8th time and now just confused because i do not know what other materials to use. I tried kaplan, saunders etc.. Please someone help me, i do not know what else to do. I tried everything... any recommendation will be greatly appreciated. I am making this my last time taking the test, if i fail it i will no longer try. I have exhausted all my savings and don't have a job, I will not have enough money to registered for NCLEX if i failed it again.. i tried getting job with no luck, so i really need this. Please help!! Thank you
