  3. Hi guys! like my title, i would like to ask how to have MSN? I am a new grad nurse has BSN and recently passed my nclex. I do not have any experience and I guess that's what makes it hard for me because hospitals nowadays only hire nurses with 1-2 years of experience Any ideas how to start MSN? or am I even qualified to become one because I just recently passed and no professional experience at any hospital? and what would be the requirements for it? thank you colleagues. :)
