    HI, I just passed the nclex and I read all your comments. Does anyone know where i can apply for an RN residency program or hospitals hiring new RN's? Thanx... And since I just passed, I wanna work as soon as possible. But the hospitals and their job openings are always asking for 1yr or 2yrs minimum experience requirements and its making me so frustrated not to find a job. How can I get an experience if no one wants to hire new RN like me. Please help me if someone know a job opening. thanx in advance.
