I am a new grad on a tele floor recently off orientation. I am very nervouse about knowing what actions to take should me pt shows signs of distress and when to call the rapid rispons team. i could use any advice. thanks

how long did you have to wait to hear from them after your interview? i was interviewed a week before Christmas and then shadowed right before Christmas and have not heard anything form them. The program starts Feb. 6th and i am curious when i should expect a call? thanks

i believe they would consider you to be interviewed. They did mention that they are really wanting to have people with bachelors and that many of the nurses are going back to school for the bachelors. I don't think the GPA is as big as a deal as your reference letters and resume. I would say to make sure and attend the open house and bring your resume with you so that you are able to hand it to the hiring manager. I brought mine and a copy of my license and gave that to all the mangers i wanted to interview with. I then emailed them all and thanked them for taking the time to talk to me at the open house. I would also say go to the open house and interview with questions. It shows that you are truly interested in the job. Good luck. ash

I wanted to start an updated blog for Seton's RN Winter Cohort. I am curious if any one has been hired, particularly at Dell, for the winter cohort? I have had and interview and shadowed however i have not heard anything from them since the beginning of December. I would like to start a running blog with people who have applied for the winter cohort so that we might be able to support each other through this process. Thanks and Happy New Year. :) Ashleigh

Has anyone been afford a position? I had an interview at the beginning of December and they asked me to shadow which I did the Monday before Christmas. I am just wondering when I will hear from them.

i believe all positions are already filled. I was tolled by a recruiter that if i did not hear anything by Aug. 29th that the positions were filled. I would suggest requesting your application to be placed int the January cohort in hopes that you get that one.

hey, I too have been hoping for a phone call about an interview. I was able to get a hold of someone on the L&D hiring committee today about interviews. She told me that as of now all the interview slots are taken, however at the end of Aug. if they chose not to hire some of the interviewees then she will consider me for the second round of interviews. Hope this helps anyone.
