    I am a new graduate nurse (RN) in GTA pending CNO registration. I have been applying for many HFO jobs and directly to hospitals (as well as LTC and homecare) with no success. I have a good resume and references (so that is not the problem) so I can't understand why it is so hard. I know there as so many new grads in ontario and the numerous budget cuts but does that mean I can't get one call back? If anyone is having any luck or struggling like me feel free to share...
