  1. In May, I will be graduating with a BS in Biology. However, I would like to become an RN with a BSN and possibly later an MSN for leadership positions. The catch is, I have over 12 years of related job experience from private patient care of children to managing group homes for the mentally disabled. I just do not have the proper credentials yet. I have the option of applying to ADN program that gives you the RN license from the State Board exam upon completion. What do you all think would be the best course of action? I am confused on what to do next. Also, how much do RNs make? Does the pay differ with males and females? Or is it based on job performance and experience? Thank you all for your input. :)
