Hi Dawn!! I was Just hired too on an oncolgy unit and I just graduated May 25th I haven't even found out when I will be able to sit for the boards yet!! EVERYTHING right now seens soooooooo scarey!!! GEE, I thought, "this is what I prepared for" and now that I start soon(June 20th) I WANT TO HIDE IN A CLOSET!!!!! I am just afraid that I will make a butt head out of myself and say" WOW how DID ShE get through??!!" However, I loved the unit--> I had clinical there a year ago I was amazed how much I fit in ---PLUS out of 69 graduates from my class I was the only who they called to interview SOOOOoo I must have the right stuff right??!!

i am graduating may 25!!!! yhea!!! but i remember how confusing abgs can be. there is an excellent article i used from rn january 1995 turn abgs into childs play if your school library does not have it let me know and i will scan it and send it to you, it made the whole concept very easy and understanding---really!!:chuckle
