Hey mhike, here are my stats and such... I just got accepted into the TCU DNP program for next year. I did not apply to Wesleyan, though most of the people I know that applied for one, applied for the other... I just chose not to. I had a 3.55 GPA, GRE was 740 - math and 580 - verbal. By the time I start classes in august, I'll have 3 full years Medical ICU experience in a major teaching hospital. I have my CCRN (it's required at TCU but not TWU). I can't speak for the programs yet, except for what friends say, but that's all second-hand, grapevine info... Just thought I'd give you an idea of what got me in.

Annie - Congrats to you! I live in Dallas right now. Guess I'll move out that way sometime in July or August. Just want to get the ball rolling and DEFINITELY ready to be done wiping butts! haha

DNP for me as well! :) could not be more excited!

Had my interview yesterday and I think it went pretty well. Trying not to get too excited until I hear from them in the next couple weeks! I didn't get any clinical questions, but one girl I spoke with was grilled! We (the 4 other interviewees that were there with her) were kinda shocked at the questions she was asked. Hope everyone else has/had a good experience!

Me too. My date is Nov. 8th. I'm pretty excited but far more nervous than I should probably be.
