I'm on that flight too. @Saria's @Song don't get discourage yet. They gave us until Nov. 7th to accept the offer and put a deposit down. Also one of the nursing students from the current cohort, that I met after the interview, said she didn't get the offer until about a week or so after they sent out the first round of acceptance offers.

OK, flight and hotel is booked for orientation! I also met another girl on interview day that was accepted as well. She is not on this board though.

Yes, I went to Starbucks. There were 2 students there with their badges on. I almost missed them because I thought they were going to be in their scrubs. They were extremely helpful and answered a lot of our questions. I'm hoping we hear back as soon as next week since technically next week IS first part of November. One of the current students said she interviewed last year on a Monday and found out that same Friday that she was in.

How did today's interviews go? I'm not sure about mine. I was extremely nervous. I felt like my entire life depended on this interview and that pressure just really got the best of me. I'm happy with my responses to the questions, but I think I could've done better. Good luck to the rest of ya'll.

Good luck to the rest of ya'll. @Smvtx23-I didn't think college algebra was a pre-requisite to the nursing program (but I could be wrong), so it's up to the school where you're taking statistics whether or not you can test out of college algebra. And I believe the nursing school will take up to a certain amount of classes as a clepped course.

I just received my denial letter. My overall GPA was a 2.9 and my science GPA was a 4.0. Working as a PCT now. HESI scores were high 80's (86-88 I think). I was accepted into UTMB though. So, I'm still thankful.

Me too! Work has no clue that I am pursuing a different career path. I don't think I'll tell them until December at the risk of losing my job prematurely.

I have a TON of unsatisfactory grades. I wonder why my interviewer didn't ask about them.
