  1. Goodluck on foundations! I had alot of sata at least 10 but they didn't seem so bad I focused on the Excelsior Practice Exams and on other websites people have posted flash cards and notes which helped as well. Also I studied some studygroup 101. Foundations is all over the place but if you have geneal knowledge it isn't too bad. I usually take my practice exams first study them for about 2 weeks then I sign up for my exam within a week and just grind study like 3 days before. I am usaly all over the place with sturning but I can't concentrate for long period of time. Please let me know how it goes with your exam I wish I could give you more info but the tests are always so nerve wracking I never remember what the hell was on it haha
  2. Hello fellow LPN to RN nurses! My name is Ashley and I just wanted to give you some input on the tests I took and hoping to get input on ones I have yet to take! Hopefully we can all help eachother out!! Passed on First try with a C (hey C's get degrees!) Health Safety Transition to RN role Foundations in Nursing For all 3 of those exams I only studied solely from the Excelsior Practice Exams and study cards I found on cram.com I do have the disc of study group 101 that I purchased for 50 dollars For all the exams, I just started using it for reproductive health. I am currently studying for Reproductive health and then I will have all 3 Life Spans to take. feel free to give your input on anything or ideas!!! Goodluck friends!
