  1. Hopefully this will make you feel better. On the diag. exam I got in the low 50s...Yes I was sick that day, but it shouldn't be an excuse. On the readiness exam I got a 75%. One of the highest in the group. I had the highest improvment in the entire group. So I was way below borderline then went into passing range. So I'd say you in pretty good shape to begin in passing range. Keep up the good work....
  2. I think between the kaplan book, course and stratiges book it all help...that was all I used for the 3rd exam and it paid off...
  3. Go to barnes and noble and get the kaplan stratiges book...
  4. Yesterday I took the NCLEX RN for the 3rd time. This time I prepared with Kaplan. I had the one of the highest scores and improved the most in my group, that was a great confidence booster..... So yesterday. I got to question 76 and my heart started pounding. I took a deep breath and kept going....All the way to question 265....I was pretty sure I got the last question right, but I knew that that one question wouldn't determine if I passed or failed.... Now the wait...Lastnight comes and I'm freaking out and I knew I'd have another nightless sleep... Got through the night. Only one more night to get through...THEN my friend sends me an IM and tells me to call the state board because that's what she did...It took me a long time, but I finally called and was told a License was issued this morning for Registered Nurse.... I finally cried tears of joy...My life can finally proceed... For someone who did great in clinicals but struggled with exams and I am happy to say those that aren't so good at test, will pass the NCLEX, it just takes us a little more motivation and a study schedule with structure...So thank you Kaplan... Thanks for listening...
  5. It's official I failed AGAIN....I hate this test...Back to studying again...
  6. Im from PA. I dont know how often they update. But my pearson results "should be" available within 30 minutes..
  7. I'm still waiting on my results. and getting sicker by the minute. I do have one questions. If you pass does your Lic come up on your state board lic verification site first thing in the morning. And if it doesn't does that usually mean a fail? Most people I've talked to had their lic come up between 7&8am the day they get their results. Mine isn't there so I'm thinking the worst... Please let me know....
  8. That's funny. I took it my first time on June 27 and failed. Yesterday Aug 13 was my second time. Pearson called me to come in early...Hopefully it was a good day for both of us...
  9. This is my 2nd time taking the NCLEX RN. The first time I had 75 questions and failed... I took it again yesterday and had 96 questions. And it seemed a bit easier then the first time. I'm not sure if I got the last questions right or wrong. I have to wait one more day and I feel so sick to my stomach... I keep trying to rationalize what it means and why it stopped at 96...ARGH!!!!
