  1. caliotter3 how much is that in dollars? what is the going rate for nurses in the philippines? wouldn't it be better than not working at all? it is good that there's a job offer but my friends who have worked as private duty nurse said that the offer to me is too low, i mean the salary. they were offered around php 15,000 to 18,000 monthly and were given 2 days off per week. that's why im still thinking if im going to accept the job or not. php 12,000= usd 267 this is monthly....

Hi! just want to know your opinions on this. i had an interview last week for a private duty nurse position. they presented the conditions, the salary would be Php 12,000, it is a 12 hour-shift, 2 times off in three weeks, and the patient is ambulatory. don't you think this is too much for a private duty nurse?
