    Hi everyone, I am currently a pediatric nurse at a great hospital in Texas. I have 2 years experience and am considering moving to Boston in the next 6 months. I know the job market for new hires is terrible, but what can you tell me about jobs for a nurse with a few years experience, PALS certified, and previously in a nurse residency program? I mostly want to move to Boston just because I am in LOVE with the city and want to get out of Texas! I need some honest opinions on whether I could land a good job in Boston or if I am delusional. Also, what is the average salary for Boston hospitals? I currently make around $30 an hour and am wondering how Boston salaries compare. Anything you can tell me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
