    Yes- he has a greencard and we found the forms from the CA board of nursing. I was curious to hear from another Austrian trained nurse like yourself - did they recognize all of your coursework? Did you have to take any additional courses before you could take the NCLEX exam? I know he'll only know for sure once he sends in his application - was just curious to hear how it went with you.

    gruss dich! My husband received his education in nursing in Austria - and would like to work in California. Do you have any advice? Did you have to complete any coursework before being allowed to take the NCLEX exam? Any input you have would be greatly appreciated.
